Bold & Brass was born from the 2020 pandemic when buying a coffee to go was the most exciting thing anyone was allowed to do. Coffee vans began to pop up all around Ireland and this particular one appeared on the seafront in Clontarf, Co. Dublin. Three years later, Bold & Brass has developed into a community hub with a focus on sustainability that hosts seaside yoga as well as various sustainable initiatives. Playing on the fact that they were selling coffee from repurposed horse boxes, the branding for Bold & Brass draws attention to the past lives of the trailers. Using the image of a horse butt as a logo, the brand is acknowledging itself in a cheeky way, something that adds a little more personality and boldness to your latte.
