The Origin Green mark or logo is a powerful motif that represents quality, sustainability and Irishness around the globe. This project focuses on the individual stories of the people and companies that are supported by Origin Green (the stories behind the mark) as a way of showing the important role that Origin Green plays throughout each process, from farm to fork. A poem was written which describes each stage of the primary, secondary and tertiary stages of food and drink production, while simultaneously introducing different stakeholders at each of these stages. The poem is relevant, as poetry has strong roots in Ireland and it reflects the quality associated with Irish products. Personal stories provides the reader with something to relate to as well as a sense of authenticity attatched to each brand as well as Origin Green.
