This identity for the Vis Comm class of 2019 was created in response to the brief: revealing ourselves to the professional design industry. The concept is that of anticipation. The blur treatment draws on digital platforms and social media aesthetics of waiting, revealing, and the process of viewing, as well as themes of self-image. Explicit explored the faces of our very own class members, yet insisting on not giving it all away; you had to see us at the show. Explicit 2019 was delivered as a poster collection, website, and social media campaign.
